As a senior at the University of Oregon, she is enjoying her last days as a student and looking forward to the beginning to another chapter in her life. Born and raised in Portland, she has spent her entire life in living in Oregon and is anxious for a change. Magazine layout design is her focus in the world of journalism with dreams of working for a fashion or an outdoor magazine. As a part of the online staff, she is learning the ways of the web and gaining experience in website design, which is a critical field in today's ever-changing technology-dependent world. Immediately after graduation, Alison plans to live in Colorado where she will work at the mountain, spend some time away from city life and snowboard. She then plans to leave the county next year because she has never been outside the United States. As for now, snowboarding, camping, shopping, biking, and spending time with her friends and family are what keep Alison occupied outside of work and school. She is looking forward to meeting new people and experiencing new landscapes.
