Hope for Humboldt

For years, Humboldt Elementary School in Portland, Oregon was failing. The school district made drastic efforts to reform Humboldt and raise the academic performance of its students. In 2002, the school received a grant to implement a reading program. This film tells the story of the teachers and students who turned their failure into success. (8:50)
